Wendi brings a sharp mix of creative vision and corporate know-how to interior design. After years in the tech world managing client experience and operations working with some of the largest brands, she now uses that expertise to guide clients through custom homes and renovations with precision and calm. Outside of work, while dreaming about her next travel adventure, she’s usually hauling kids to equestrian lessons or soccer games.
ALLIE HARGROVE, INTERIOR DESIGNER
A born-and-raised Texan, Allie discovered her love for interiors at Baylor University, where she earned her degree in Interior Design. She’s worked in both the design and home-building sides of the industry and brings a balanced, thoughtful approach to every project. When she’s not designing, she’s likely enjoying the outdoors and soaking up all the sunshine Texas has to offer.
ERIN BIBB, ACCOUNTING & PROCUREMENT MANAGER
With a background in accounting and a decade in oil & gas, Erin keeps our operations running smoothly. She supports the team with finances and project logistics—while raising three young kids and still finding time to explore trails and local wineries around the area. She’s passionate about great design (even if she jokes she has none of her own!) and loves being part of the creative process.

What types of design projects do you take on?
We work on custom home builds, full-service furnishings, and remodels involving multiple rooms. Whether you're building from the ground up or refreshing a beloved space, we guide the entire process—from layout and selections to styling and final installation.
Do you offer design for one room only?
Yes, as long as it meets our project minimums. We’re happy to design a single room if it’s part of a larger transformation or meets our $75K furnishings minimum (plus a $13K starting design fee). We believe great design is about impact, not square footage.
How do you get to know our style?
We start with a Life & Style session to understand how you live, what you love, and what will make your home feel like you. It’s part detective work, part deep dive—and it shapes every design decision we make.
Do you show several options for each piece of furniture?
Nope—and that’s intentional. We don’t toss out endless options and ask you to choose. We lead with the best design solution for your space, then walk you through the “why” behind every piece. The result? A more cohesive, stress-free process. We have revisions built into our flat fee model, so we make sure and find alternatives to pieces you may not be sold on.
Do you profit off of the furniture you sell to your clients?
Yes, and here’s why: it’s how we sustain our business. You have to buy furniture anyway—we just ask that you purchase it through us. In return, we handle everything from ordering to white-glove delivery, and we commit to pricing that’s fair and often below retail.
Will we have to be home for all of the furniture delivery windows?
Absolutely not. We don’t have furniture delivered directly to your home. We use a trusted local receiving warehouse where items are inspected, stored, and delivered in one seamless install. No boxes on the porch. No headaches. Just beautifully furnished rooms, styled to perfection.

What are some of your favorite things to do in Austin?
We love grabbing a Gil’s margarita at Maudie’s (but fair warning—they're strong enough to make you cross-eyed, so maybe Uber). Sushi at Uchi is always worth the wait, and nothing beats a morning jog around Town Lake… followed by absolutely not running again for a week. We’ll never say no to an Austin FC game, and we fully support retail therapy on South Congress. Also, the flagship Whole Foods downtown is basically our version of Disneyland—only with better lighting and more cheese.
