Wendi Gee Principal Designer / Founder
Hey, I'm Wendi, the visionary behind Wendi Gee Interiors. My journey into the transformative power of beautiful places began with a spontaneous decision at the end of a trip to Italy with a friend, where we went to escape from the ceaseless demands of the corporate world. As the plane's engines hummed on my return flight home, a profound insight washed over me—I had an insatiable desire to see more. Not long after arriving home, I said my farewells to loved ones and set off on a solo odyssey across western Europe, armed with a sturdy backpack and a fierce sense of wanderlust.
From the cobblestone streets of quaint villages to the bustling markets of vibrant cities, each of the 14 countries I traversed left an indelible mark on my soul. After a year of immersion in this European kaleidoscope, I reluctantly returned home, compelled only by the need to replenish my resources.
After 15 years in the tech industry, I ultimately made the bold decision to follow my true calling. Drawing upon my innate creativity and inspired by the harmonious blend of modern simplicity with traditional sophistication that had captured my heart abroad, I embarked on a new chapter as an interior designer.
My design aesthetic, deeply rooted in the notion of timelessness, is a reflection of my journey—a journey that continues to evolve with each space we transform.
Outside of designing, you'll frequently catch me on the hunt for hidden gems at estate sales, embarking on impromptu Hill Country adventures with my husband, or enthusiastically supporting my kiddos as they make memories on the soccer field. After all, life's greatest inspirations often lie in the simplest of moments.
Allie Hargrove Interior Designer
Allie's design journey is woven into the vibrant fabric of Texas. Being a lifelong Texan, she's soaked up inspiration from every corner of the Lone Star State. Her design ethos is a reflection of the state’s diverse landscape. With a background in Interior Design from Baylor University, Allie began her career at a luxury interior design firm in Dallas, TX. Allie later seized the opportunity to work for a homebuilder in Austin, an experience that has endowed her with a distinctive and invaluable perspective on design. In addition, she's our go-to for staycation tips. Whether we’re craving big-city energy or small-town charm, Allie's got a list of where to go and what to do.
Erin Bibb Accounting & Procurement Manager
In the design world, "It's all in the details" reigns true, but the artistry starts well before the big reveal. Enter Erin, a master of organization honed through her background in Corporate Accounting. She possesses a natural talent for wrangling even the tiniest details and often gets lost in spreadsheets. Her mission is to simplify everyone's lives. Beyond work, Erin flourishes in exploring her surroundings. On any given Saturday, you can find her running the scenic trails of Dripping Springs or chasing after her spirited children in a local park.
