After years in the tech world managing client experience and operations working with some of the largest brands, she now uses that expertise to guide clients through custom homes and renovations with precision and calm. Outside of work, while dreaming about her next travel adventure, she’s usually hauling kids to equestrian lessons or soccer games.

A born-and-raised Texan, Allie discovered her love for interiors at Baylor University, where she earned her degree in Interior Design. She’s worked in both the design and home-building sides of the industry and brings a balanced, thoughtful approach to every project. When she’s not designing, she’s likely enjoying the outdoors and soaking up all the sunshine Texas has to offer.

With a background in accounting and a decade in oil & gas, Erin keeps our operations running smoothly. She supports the team with finances and project logistics—while raising three young kids and still finding time to explore trails and local wineries around the area. She’s passionate about great design (even if she jokes she has none of her own!) and loves being part of the creative process.
